As a business based in Ireland, this website operates in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as enforced by the Data Protection Commission (DPC) of Ireland.

Section 02

What Data We Collect

We only collect data that you provide voluntarily. This may include:

  • First name and last name — when you sign up for a free guide, a discovery call, or a coaching programme
  • Email address — to send you the content you requested and relevant follow-up emails
  • Phone number — if you provide it when booking a discovery call
  • Business information — such as team size, if you share it when enquiring about coaching
  • Payment information — processed securely through Systeme.io's payment system; we do not store card details ourselves

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health, financial, or identification data) and we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes beyond standard website analytics.

Section 03

Why We Collect Your Data

We collect and use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To deliver content you requested — such as The Bottleneck Breaker free guide or other resources
  • To send follow-up emails — practical, relevant emails related to business coaching and the topics you signed up for
  • To respond to enquiries — if you contact us directly via email or a contact form
  • To deliver coaching services — if you purchase a programme or book a discovery call
  • To improve our content — understanding what is useful to our audience helps us create better resources

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you sign up via a form, or legitimate interests / contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) when you purchase a service or make an enquiry.

Section 04

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your personal data only for as long as is necessary:

  • Email subscribers — your data is held until you unsubscribe, after which it is removed from our active list within 30 days
  • Coaching clients — records are retained for up to 3 years after the end of our working relationship for legitimate business and accounting purposes
  • Enquiries — contact details from general enquiries are deleted after 12 months if no further engagement takes place

You can request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 6 below.

Section 05
